Force majeure\u003C/h3>\u003Cp style=\"text-align: start;\">Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its control. Governing law and arbitration\u003C/h3>\u003Cp style=\"text-align: start;\">Governed by PRC law. The CISG shall not apply. Any dispute is finally settled by arbitration under CIETAC Guangzhou, one arbitrator, seated in Guangzhou, in Chinese.
